Adult Women

Our Adult Women's Team use Cognitive Therapy and have a special interest in mindfulness, positive psychology and the 'mind-body' connection for your health.

We specialise in a number of areas, including self-compassion during times of transition, such as relationship changes, or menopause.

Adult Men

Our Adult Men's Team help with practical strategies for depression, trauma, stress, anger, relationships, communication skills, workplace and employment issues, and many other areas of concern.

Our team has experience with Mensline and has worked with Veterans and their families.

Parenting Support

Whether you are new to parenting or your children are adolescents, our Psychologists can help with coping skills, relationships, shared responsibilities, parenting strategies, and support for behavioural issues such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD. Our services also include Maternal mental health and self care.
